A certified personal trainer and yoga & meditation guide with Yoga Alliance Canada, & student holistic nutrition Michelle has been sharing health and wellness for many years through private, small and large group strength and cardio conditioning classes and camps, running clinics and yoga. She knows first hand the rewards in developing and nurturing healthy lifestyle practices can be the most awesome experience of a lifetime! Her personal journey towards good health has been transformative both physically and spiritually.
