As such I am celebrating Men's Health by joining up with Movember & to create awareness and raise funds for research & development around men's health!
I will be sharing simple nutrition tips and lifestyle hacks that you can easily implement into your life towards achieving your optimal health and wellness! Because I believe you deserve nothing less & I believe in the power of conversation to stir up important awareness and action! 💪💯😊
As part of Movembers move challenge, a challenge directly from Mo Bro's HQ to move your body and try something new, I have added a yoga class to my schedule Sunday afternoon's @3pm for Bro's ONLY!
